Dear High Country Community Health Patients:
We are writing this letter to inform you that Dr. John Sherrill, MD is retiring from High Country Community Health. His last day will be January 28, 2025. We are grateful for the care that Dr. Sherrill has provided over the years at High Country Community Health.
Your care is very important to us. Your primary care can continue as it has been with HCCH. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do all we can to make this a smooth transition in your care.
