High Country Community Health offers many different ways to pay for your visit. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most major private insurance plans. We also offer a sliding scale discount program for patients who do not have health insurance. The sliding scale discount program is also available for insured patients.

Sliding Fee Scale Program
No Insurance? No problem! HCCH offers a sliding scale for patients who do not have health insurance. The sliding scale copay varies depending on your household size and income.
Please plan to bring a 30-day proof of income paystub upon your first appointment to see if you qualify. Renewal applications are required every year in order to keep receiving sliding scale benefits.
