Dr. Halcyon Inniss
Chief Dental Officer
Halcyon Inniss, DDS, MPH has been the Chief Dental Officer at High Country Community Health since December 2023. She brings with her over a decade of knowledge and experience in the dental field: both in clinical chairside dentistry as well as in the academic field for both pre-clinical and clinical dentistry. Dr. Inniss has a passion for learning, and after obtaining her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, she went on to complete two years of Advanced Education in General Dentistry and completed a Masters in Public Health with a Dental Emphasis (MPH-D).
Dr. Inniss is a member of the National Network for Oral Health Access (NNOHA), the American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Inniss is a devout Christian and enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and traveling (especially to visit her native Trinidad and Tobago).
