Medication Assisted Treatment & Behavioral Health Provider
Sara Clark is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate and serves as a MAT behavioral health provider at HCCH. She provides clinical services to both medical and MAT patients. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada with a double major in Criminology and Human Rights. After that, she completed a Master of Social Work degree and a Graduate Certificate in Addiction Counseling at Appalachian State University.
Sara Clark started at High Country Community Health as an MSW intern and then came on board as a full-time employee in 2021. She started as a MAT Case Manager and is now a Behavioral Health provider. In her spare time, she likes to go to yoga, read and spend time with friends.
