Chris Soto

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and Behavioral Health Provider

Chris is a Behavioral Health Specialist at High Country Community Health who is passionate about integrated behavioral health and supporting the whole person. She works with individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based and culturally humble approaches that emphasize empathy, collaboration, and connection.


Chris earned her BA from UCLA, completed her clinical training in marriage and family therapy at Appalachian State University, and is currently pursuing her doctorate in behavioral health at Campbell University, School of Osteopathic Medicine (CUSOM). Her background in community engagement and diverse professional experiences enriches her appreciation for the many stories and dimensions that influence each person’s well-being.


Outside of her clinical work, Chris loves hitting the tennis ball back and forth, expanding her culinary skills, and finding ways to connect with loved ones.
