Vojana Karan

Vojana Karan is a Primary Care Physician Assistant at HCCH, where she sees patients at Boone Medical Clinic and Primedical. She is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, and has since made the High Country her home. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Appalachian State University and went on to complete her Masters of Medical Science at Wake Forest School of Medicine.

She is passionate about primary care because she values the continuity of care and the opportunity to build meaningful, lasting relationships with her patients. Her goal is for every patient to feel heard, comfortable, and confident in their care. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, being with family and friends, and spending time with her cat and dog.
