Dr. Nicholas Placentra
Primary Care Physician
Dr. Placentra joined HCCH in January of 2022, after having been in private practice in Boone for 25 years. He is very pleased with the additional patient support services that HCCH is able to provide, and is happy to be a part of a community service organization. He plans to continue to work for HCCH for many more years. Dr. Placentra is board certified in family medicine. In his spare time he enjoys exercising, sailing and spending time with his family.
