Rachel Stanley

Rachel Danielle Stanley, FNP-C, CSAP is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Substance Abuse Practitioner with 20 years of experience in the nursing field, including eight years specializing in medication-assisted treatment and substance use disorders.

Rachel Danielle began practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in 2016 in the Statesville, NC area, where she developed a strong passion for addiction medicine. She is dedicated to empowering individuals to take an active role in their health through collaborative patient-provider partnerships and personalized, holistic care.

Her clinical focus includes preventive health, chronic disease management, substance use treatment, and patient education. Outside of clinical practice, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
