Strong Community Healthcare Requires Strong Community Leadership

Access to affordable healthcare doesn't happen by accident. It takes committed leaders who care deeply about the communities they serve. People willing to help guide strategy, advocate for patients, and ensure organizations like HCCH remain strong for generations to come.

Serving the High Country Through Accessible,
Integrated Care

High Country Community Health exists to make high-quality, affordable care accessible to everyone in our region, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

Through primary care, pediatrics, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy services, and community partnerships, we serve thousands of neighbors each year across multiple locations.

Our Board of Directors help ensure that our organization stays grounded in community needs while remaining strong, sustainable, and patient-focused. Board members provide insight, accountability, and leadership that allow HCCH to grow responsibly and continue serving those who rely on us.
