Dear High Country Community Health Patients:

We are writing this letter to inform you that our Psychiatrist, Dr. Greg Clary, will no longer be employed by High Country Community Health as of May 24th, 2024.  We are grateful for the care that Dr. Clary has provided and wish him well. Your care is very important to us.  If you and your primary care provider determine that you should continue your specialized psychiatric visits, it may be necessary for you to find another Behavioral Health Provider as we do not have one available at this time. If you need a Primary Care Health Provider, we are happy to get you established with one of our current staff members.  We apologize for any inconvenience and will do all we can to make this a smooth transition in your care.
