Duties/Responsibilities:
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the High Country Community Health Talent Acquisition Life Cycle.
Collaborates with department and division managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and implement a strong, patient centered hiring criteria.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
Posts jobs and advertises as needed.
Utilizes HRIS to schedule interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Organize the interview process for roles at the Director level or above (unless requested otherwise by the Manager of Human Resources Administration or other supervisor).
Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other Human Resources staff during the job offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Manages recruiting software such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, while also developing new sourcing methods for talent needs.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
Maintains the employee birthday card program
Manages 90-day new hires activities; t-shirts and other 90-day tasks as needed.
Completes administrative tasks; filing confidential and personnel files.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity or ability to learn with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Indeed, LinkedIn, and/or related software.
Education and Experience:
Required: Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or 2+ years of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Experience.
Strongly Preferred: Experience building, implementing, and managing a talent acquisition program through an HRIS.
Preferred: At least one year of managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
Preferred: SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Prolonged periods of standing and interacting with potential employees and managers.
Must be able to lift 15-25 pounds on a regular basis with infrequent lifting of 50 pounds.
