Shelly C. Smith

Shelly C. Smith is a Physician Assistant at High Country Community Health and sees primary care patients at the Primedical Clinic in Boone. She has lived in the area for 34 years and began her career working in physical therapy. After a decade in the field of PT, Shelly went on to complete her PA training at the University of New England in Portland, Maine, and then spent 12 years working in wound care, vascular surgery, and general surgery before joining HCCH. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking and is a budding woodworker.
