We serve as a true patient centered medical home, and we know that healthcare is about so much more than just prescribing medications and checking bloodwork. Our integrated model is crucial to treating you as a whole person and helping you to overcome any barriers to living your healthiest life. Our therapists, social workers, dietitians, dentists, medical providers, patient resource specialists, and case managers are all part of one team – YOUR team, working for you!

Women's Health

Providers at each of our offices are trained in providing comprehensive women’s health care, including pap smears, breast exams, management of common concerns such as breast lesions, vaginitis, issues with menstruation, and symptoms related to menopause. Contraceptive management is available at all of our offices, and we have providers trained in Nexplanon and IUD placement and removal. We do not provide prenatal care, but can refer pregnant patients and follow medical issues during pregnancy. We welcome pregnant patients in our MOUD program, and have behavioral health providers as well as medical providers with expertise in postpartum depression and management of medical and mental health conditions during lactation.

Hep C – A cure is now available for up to 97% of people living with Hepatitis C! New medications are available, and we have experts available to treat at all of our adult medical clinics. With just a few months of pills, what was once a fatal disease can be cured. Come see us for hepatitis C screenings at any of our clinics! HIV – Did you know that it is recommended that all adolescents and adults be screened for HIV? You can be tested with a simple finger stick blood test at any of our offices and have your results in minutes. We have experts on our medical staff who are able to treat HIV as well, and virtually all patients can now be treated with just one pill once a day or shots every two months and live healthy, long, and active lives. No need to travel long distances for HIV care, we have experts right in Boone and Morganton to help you. PrEP – PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) is medication that can reduce your chance of getting HIV from sex or from injection drug use. PrEP is available as pills or as shots, and reduces the risk of HIV transmission by as much as 99% when taken as prescribed. Talk to your provider at any of our medical clinics to see if PrEP is right for you!
